Information and purpose
We process your name, email address, company, country and the project information you choose to share. When you submit the form, the website sends your enquiry to our mailbox so we can reply. You may also email us directly. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting professional relationship. We do not send marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent when sending an enquiry and precontractual steps at your request, under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b). Data is retained as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if a professional relationship follows, for its duration and applicable statutory retention periods.
Recipients
We use IONOS for website hosting and Google Gmail to receive and manage enquiries received at contacto@laplatafilms.com. These services are involved in processing the communications. We do not sell your data. Disclosure to other recipients is limited to what is needed to handle your request or meet legal obligations.

Project confidentiality
Project information is treated confidentially and used only to assess your enquiry and prepare our proposal.
Form protection
To protect the form, we use temporary verification codes and a private log containing pseudonymised identifiers derived from the IP address, email address and submission, together with timestamps and submission status. This log does not store the IP address, email address or message content in plain text. The controls use windows of up to 24 hours; expired records are removed when new valid requests are processed. No cookies or third-party verification services are used.
